Job Description
TWG Group are recruiting a Staffing Coordinator to work in our established hospitality and events team to deliver exceptional staff to our hospitality clients, festivals and other large-scale events around the region.

The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the provision of staff for one of our busy operational divisions, managing our dedicated team of temporary workers on a day to day basis.

The successful Staffing Coordinator will be closely integrated with our central office team in Bristol and our Departmental Managers.Day to day Staffing Coordinator duties include:Engagement of staff to keep all candidates aware and interested in upcoming events.
Working with the wider TWG team to ensure that all resource is maximised at all times.
Acting as an on-site Liaison at certain events, assisting our Staffing Managers, while acting as the focal point in between our staff and clients (on a duty basis, with quality of life assured).
Manage bookings, relationships and expectations with our team and clients.

Requirements:

Great time management skills.
IT literacy.
Some experience of either working in the staffing or working as a temporary worker for an agency or staffing business is preferred, but not essential. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will receive dedicated training and support from our operations and HR teams.
UK driving license.
