Our Recruitment Process
We can help you every step of the way, and only charge when you recruit one of our candidates.
We’ll start by working with you to develop a job specification, either using our standard forms or through extensive fact-finding conversations. After the job is listed, we’ll vet potential candidates; looking at their experience and qualifications, as well as assessing their cultural fit for your business. You’ll only be offered the best quality candidates.
We don’t just focus on recruitment, we’ll even help with training and induction, and offer a rebate for any candidates that don’t work out.
