Sous Chef - Harbourside Restaurant

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join a vibrant and stylish restaurant on the harbour front of Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding dining experience.   

Requirements

  • Assist the Head Chef in creating and developing new menu’s and dishes.
  • Manage and train the kitchen team, ensuring they work to the highest standards. 
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality.
  • Monitor food stock levels and order supplied as needed.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
