Role Overview:

As a Staffing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our logistics and staffing activities. You will coordinate with Account Managers to identify staffing requirements, handle candidate applications, and ensure the seamless delivery of Staffing solutions for our Clients. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Oversee job postings on our bespoke App, induct new candidates, and maintain communication with those candidates.
  • Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth delivery of our services.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update operational records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams in our Business Development and HR departments, to coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of projects and activities.
  • Customer Service: Handle queries and provide support to our candidates or clients, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and organising documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a staffing or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
