Role Overview:
As an Account Manager for the Midlands Region, working remotely, you will be essential in managing and strengthening client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention. You will serve as the primary contact for a designated group of clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering customised solutions that align with their business goals. This role requires you to collaborate closely with internal teams to provide exceptional service and drive client success. Your presence onsite for your clients’ major events and matchdays is crucial to guarantee that the service you provide delivers maximum value to them.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients in the Midlands Region.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are consistently met.
Account Planning and Strategy:

Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and enhance their business performance.

Identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions to support and expand client engagements.
Project Management:

Oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and to high standards.

Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing and operations, to ensure effective service delivery.
Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns and gather feedback.

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports and proposals to clients as needed.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Manage any conflicts or challenges that arise during client engagements effectively.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and analyse account performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Provide clients with detailed reports on project progress, service delivery and results.
Sales and Upselling:

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

Work closely with the sales team to support client renewals and drive revenue growth.
Market and Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Utilise market knowledge to offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients.
