Position: Hospitality Staff
Location: Cheltenham Racecourse
Dates: Tue, 12 Mar 2024 – Fri, 15 Mar 2024
Travel: Transport Provided From Bristol City Centre
Key Responsibilities:
Event Hospitality: Assist in providing top-notch hospitality services throughout the festival, including the Gold Cup!
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks with precision and enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team to create a positive and vibrant atmosphere, contributing to the overall success of the event.
Adaptability: Embrace flexibility in scheduling, as events may occur on weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
